RC PEP-G SERIES

RC PEP-G SERIES is designed for flame-treated PE/PP bottles. The price is reasonable. Gloss finish is obtained. RC PEP-G SERIES cures with low integral light and suitable for high-speed printing. All colors are conformed to EN71-3.

Applications:
Flame-treated polyethylene bottles / polypropyrene bottles.

Characteristics:

1.	Good adhesion can be obtained with one-component ink.
2.	As the ink cures with low integral light, it is suitable for high-speed printing.
3.	Ink film is hard and resistant to abrasion.
4.	Reproducibility of fine patterns is good.
5.	No harmful materials such as heavy metal and N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone are contained. All colors are conformed to EN71-3 (Europe safety standards of toys).

How to use:

1.	Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Stir well before use.
2.	Add PEP-G REDUCER up to 10% if it is necessary to lower viscosity.
3.	Add CLEAR to lower density. (Adding ratio is subject to the conditions.)
4.	PEP-G INK can be usually used without any additive. However, add JAR-16 or JAR-18 by 5% when better adhesion is required. Stir well not to leave the additive on the container or mixing tool. Clouded effect may appear just after the addition of the additive. Start to print after leaving the mixture for 20 minutes. The mixture has pot life. Confirm the adhesion while printing. The mixture can be normally used for 8-12 hours.
5.	Standard curing conditions (These conditions change depending on the substrate.) metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Distance from focus : 10 cm Conveyor speed : 20 m/min Integral light : approx. 120 mJ/sq.cm Cooling : Water cooling or air cooling.
6.	Mesh : Polyester 350 meshes
7.	Thickness of sol : less than 10microns
